BANDAR SERI BEGAWAN, Jul 17 – Ms Yuki Akita conducted an introductory session on Japanese language and culture at Sekolah Rendah Lumapas, Kluster 1, with 50 Year Five students in attendance. The session was held with the aims to spread the language and culture of Japan amongst students, develop their communication skills in Japanese and enhance the relationship as well as understanding between Brunei and Japan. The students also did true and false quizzes on Japanese culture in addition to learning how to give greetings and introduce themselves in Japanese. They were also taught how to write their names with the Japanese Katakana characters.
